Poetry: Talking Rain

Sometimes it just needs to rain

Talking rain—pours from sunlit eyes.
Each tear drop fallen, a clouded disguise.
The color blue, covered painful hues.
Would she tell him today, she couldn’t stay?
Clouds burst forth…tainted with pain
Honesty was justice in the end.

Letting go isn’t easy, but it offers strength
